Please note!

From the Cloud Customer Area, it is possible to access the Orange Cloud Avenue Technical consoles

Have valid access to the Customer Area. If this is not the case, follow the instructions in the Customer Area to reset your connection identifiers
For Backup: Have a connection user account (different from the Cloud Customer Area)
For Shared Storage: Have a connection user account (different from the Cloud Customer Area)
For VCD: Have a user account with connection user rights to VCD (same login as the Cloud Customer Area, it is an SSO account)

Link to Technical consoles Go to the customer area / Dashboard tab In the list of contracts, Select your Cloud Avenue offer In the Infrastructure Detail section click Go to consoles
Console Backup: Access the Backups of your VMs via the NSS Technical Portal (Netbackup Self-Service) Warning: Logins/passwords are managed by your administrator via local Netbackup accounts on the NSS console VCD Technical Console: Access the VCD Technical Portal (Virtual Cloud Director) Please note: The login/passwords are the same as your Cloud Customer Area logins (SSO connection) the user must have rights to connect to the VCloud Director portal Shared Storage: Go to the [Portail_de_gestion_du_stockage_r%C3%A9seau\|Network Storage Management Portal] portal Please note: The login/passwords are the same as local VCD accounts
