At any time you can change support level to Bronze, Silver, Gold support.

Prerequisites

Change support level (Bronze, Silver, Gold)

  1. connect to the Client Area
  2. “Catalogue” menu
  3. Select your contract
  4. Filter on “Contract”
  5. Change your Support Level
  6. Configure
