- Login to NSX Manager and select "Networking" from Top Menu.
- Select the Tier-0 router on which IP Prefix need to be created.
- Click on "ROUTING".
- Select Hyperlink with numeric Digit in front of "IP Prefix Lists".

- Click "ADD IP PREFIX LIST".
- Provide Name for the IP prefix list.
- Click on "Set" to add IP prefixes.

- Click on "Add Prefix".
- Provide Network in CIDR format.
- Set a range of IP address numbers in ge and le modifiers.
- Select Permit or Deny under Action field.
- Click "Add".
- Then Click "Save"
- Now the Prefix list is created and we may apply in the BGP neighbor filters
