Please note!

The Cloud Avenue Contract “referent” is the “Super User” of the contract.

it manages the Roles and User Rights of the contract.



Prerequisites

Change Contract Referent

  1. Connect to your [Cloud Customer Area]
  2. Click on the “Dashboard” tab
  3. Search the list of contracts / Filter section on your contract
  4. Click on the "Modify" button in the Contract referent field

In the new window,

Select the "new Referent" in your Cloud Avenue contract from the list.

The new referent will become the new “Super User” of the contract.

an email will be sent to you.

The selected user must first exist in your organization's user list.

If not, create it.
