Boot Delay and BIOS Access

Overview

The Startup Delay corresponds to the delay in seconds before the VM is started. It provides you to access easeier to the BIOS at the next reboot.

Prerequisite

• VM Configuration

Changing the parameters If you need to acces to the BIOS at the next reboot, you need to enable the Option Enter Boot Setup from the VM. Select the VM, go to General / EDIT and modify these 2 values: Change the Boot Delay in ms Enable the option Enter Boot Setup.
Reboot the VM. When you restart, the BIOS is accessed.

If you wish to access the VM's BIOS again, you will need to recheck the VM's Enter Boot Setup Setting.
